“You look glowing!” My colleague said to me as I entered the office. That morning I had put on a few drops of the Unicorn Primer Drops by Barry M and not only could I tell the difference in my skin, other people could too.
They are a fairly new release to the Barry M range of lovely skin care products. Released on 22nd August, I knew I had to try it.
The primer drops can be used to prep skin for makeup application or just used on its own to hydrate and brighten skin. Its oil free – perfect for those like myself that struggle with acne. It is packed with super fruits such as acai berry, goji better, watermelon and tamarind.
The hybrid-serum aims to brighten, detoxify, hydrate and smooth skin.
I used it in replacement of my usual every-day primer as well as just on my skin on a makeup free day. It worked really well underneath my foundation, I looked visibly brighter and even though the product initially looked shimmery putting it on, it looks natural when it is applied to the skin. It did well to hold my makeup in place throughout the day too.
I preferred using the product on its own, as my skin is quite dry, it really helped hydrate it and made it appear overall healthier.
Not only is it a great product, the packaging is beautiful! It’s available for £7.99 from Superdrug or Boots.
