Let’s face it, we all have some sort of skincare routine we rush through hastily during the week – so use Sunday to take time with your skin. Pop on a sheet mask, or layer up in a detoxifying clay mask – Whichever you choose, we guarantee your skin will thank you for it!
Blast that music
Yep, crank up the volume – Find your perfect playlist and enjoy yourself. We truly believe music is good for the soul and according to many studies, it has been found that listening to some of your favourite tracks can decrease levels of cortisone within us, aka the “stress hormone”.

Go for a Sunday Stroll
Take a rest from the gym, but still keep your activity levels up but going for a Sunday stroll, the fresh air will do wonders for clearing your head and you can still get your daily steps in.
Editor Recommends: Find a nice local park and help your community by grabbing a hot drink from an independent coffee shop nearby to sip on while you walk!
