Sunday is like the Marmite of days, most of us spend the majority of the day basking in the calm, relaxing aura of a Sunday until it hits 6pm and you start feeling the stress of Monday creeping up behind you.

To help ease you into a new week we’ve put together a list of some things you can implement into creating a soothing self-love Sunday…

Pamper yourself

Let’s face it, we all have some sort of skincare routine we rush through hastily during the week – so use Sunday to take time with your skin. Pop on a sheet mask, or layer up in a detoxifying clay mask – Whichever you choose, we guarantee your skin will thank you for it!

Blast that music

For those of us who enjoy cooking, Sunday is a great day to take your time with it, whether your slow cooking that Sunday roast or trying that new recipe you found online. Some of you may hate the thought of cooking, but why not use Sunday as a way of sparking some creativity – Find a yummy baking recipe and set yourself a fun challenge by making it!

This may sound tedious, and the complete opposite of de-stressing – but in actual fact setting your goals for the week can help you look Monday in the face without the anxiety resting on your shoulders, you can skip into the week feeling assured that you’ve got a plan!
