Chilli Con Carne

Prep: 15 minutes
Cook: 30 minutes
Serves: 4

Ingredients

 

  • 1 onion
  • 2 red peppers
  • 2 fresh chillies
  • 1tbs of smoked paprika
  • 500g of beef mince
  • 400g of tinned tomatoes
  • 400g of kidney beans
  • 2 ripe avocados
Method
  1. Chop the onions peppers and chilli, cook in a hot pan cook for about 10min
  2. Add the beef mince, cook out for about 10 min
  3. Add the tin of chopped tomatoes and kidney beans cook out for about 30min
  4. Chop up the avocados put the in just before you’re about serve
  5. Serve with either rice or a baked sweet potato
