Make MOR of your sausages

Whilst it is nearing September (how did that happen so quickly?) the sun is still trying to shine and providing us with BBQ weather, and who are we to sit inside and say no?

In the Amor Office we had a delicious delivery of some super tasty sausages from MOR, the company that create unique blends of high-quality British meat, tasty vegetables, herbs and spices for delicious sausages.

What did we give a go?

Pork, Beetroot and Bramley Apple Sausage

My personal favourite, these purple sausages cook up nicely as part of a fry up or as a meal, they work great with pasta dishes and contain lots of vital nutrients.

Sundried Tomato and Basil Chipolatas

If you’re a fan of Med food then you’ll love these. Filled with goodness they’re super tasty and easy to eat on their own or in a roll as a hotdog.

Pork, Super Green Veg and Lentil Sausages

Green sausages anyone? These may seem unconventional but they are incredibly tasty and inventive. Filled with flavour and super easy to eat either with your fry up or in a casserole as it gets cooler.

Mediterranean Chicken

Recently chicken sausages have become incredibly popular, with many brands producing them. These were a great flavour, packed with herbs and spices they worked well on their own or as part of a mezze platter.

The great thing about these sausages overall is that they are healthy, containing less fat than traditional pork sausages. These are fresh and great alternatives to ordinary sausages.
