- 1 serving of Multipower Coffee Caramel 100% Pure Whey Protein
- 1 shot of espresso
- 1 cup of milk (or dairy free alternative)
- 1 small frozen banana
- 1 handful of ice
- Make your shot of espresso and leave in the fridge to cool.
- When chilled, put everything into a blender and blitz until smooth.
- Pour into a tall glass and serve.
