This weekend saw the Glastonbury festival and like all previous years, it did not disappoint. With a large variety of artists that travelled to grace the various stages and mud, there was no shortage of good music, good weather and good vibes.
Artist that performed included the likes of Radiohead, Ed Sheeren, Lorde, Katy Perry, Major Lazer, Emelie Sande, Haim, Sampha, Dua Lipa, Shaggy, Halse, Birdy, Stormzy, Solange, The Jacksons, and many more.
Key performances included Ed Sheeran who closed the festival doing what Ed Sheeran does, singing with just him and his guitar. Bringing us the hits and songs we love from his catalogue including the bangers from his latest album Divide.
Other performances included Stormzy who came through representing Grime artists across the UK bringing a killer set with energy that could last for days. Dua Lipa came through bringing her vocals we told you about, from our album review. As well as, New Zealander Lorde who once again did not leave the crowd disappointed. Neo-Soul Emelie Sande did what she does best and brought forward her best voice.
Other headliners Radiohead and Killer also did amazing performances. Overall, besides the music and the gorgeous weather, this year’s Glastonbury did not disappoint and certainly, once again, reminded us that GLASTONBURY IS THE FESTIVAL TO BE AT.
